I’m Sarah Giaccai, founder of Confluence Coaching. As a Co-Active trained coach with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership Development, and People Operations, I’ve spent my career helping people grow through change.
Today, I work primarily with scientists, engineers, and technical professionals who are navigating leadership growth, career transitions, and evolving identities at work. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-performing people who are exceptional at what they do, but are looking for greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity in how they lead and move through their careers.
My coaching approach is collaborative, grounded, and strengths-based. I’m not here to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. I’m here to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and move forward with greater intention and self-trust.
